Dreamweaver to Joomla Site

Three months ago I was reading and trying to learn everything about Dreamweaver for my first website. Ebooks, video tutorial and books, almost all media for learning. I am a fast learner ahem! after a month I got my first website up and running with some items subject to revisions. Content and layout updates were almost a breeze for me as I was having 4 pages site that time.

Here I am right now. I currently have 10 more pages.

1. Home page
2. Gallery
3. Featured Product
4. Current Product
5. e-Store
6. About Us
7. Contact Us
8. Affiliates
9. References
10. 10s of blog pages

So how would I update it? Now I feel the pain of sitting in-front of my computer just to have my site update and create new posts. This is the time I started looking for CMS. Then I found Joomla! Below are my requirements.
1. Fast content Update capability
2. User friendliness << for some of my team and writer not that are not computer savvy
3. Power
4. Customizability

JTag HelpDesk
* For my site Helpdesk

JTag Video
* Youtube like plugin, for all my video requirements.

JTag Easy Installer
* Joomla is powerful because of its plugins, You need to have plugin managers to deal with it.

JTag SlideShare
* This is my powerpoint power on my site... I love this
